How Albert Einstein Saw Things A Little Differently
Albert Einstein had just administered an examination to an advanced class of Physics students. As he left the building, he was followed out by one of his teaching assistants. "Excuse me, sir," said the shy assistant, not quite sure how to tell the great man about his blunder. "Yes?" said Einstein. "Um, eh, it's about the test you just handed out." Einstein waited patiently. "I'm not sure that you realize it, but this is the same test you gave out last year. In fact, it's identical." Einstein paused to think for a moment, then said, "Hmm, yes, it is the same test." The teaching assistant was now very agitated. "What should we do, sir?" A slow smile spread over Einstein's face. "I don't think we need do anything. The answers have changed." And just as the answers in Physics change, so, too, do the answers to your problems change. While to all appearances you may have the same tests given to you by life, the same recurring problem, consider the possibility that the person contemplating the problem has changed. Time has passed; you've learned many things along the way. Rather than keep on trying to force the same old solutions which didn't work before, it might be time to try something else, something that emerges from the new person that you've become. The tests may be the same, but the answers have changed. Precognition Shock to Prevent Bullet Strike
It is a pretty well known fact and has been proven that the body seems to pre-adjust to changes in advance of events by a second or two. Hibernate Enemy with Gas Cloud
Scientists have discovered chemicals, which cause humans to go into a hibernation type state similar to our mammal cousins the bear. This discovery has many killer applications from first responders slowing the bio-systems of those who are seriously injured to long-term space flight or even stopping a civil unrest or riot, which has gotten out of control.

Fundamental elements of life and the aspects of cloning bring dramatic advancement to the scientific and medical community; however, is this fast-paced artificial reproduction an intrusion of Nature or a doorway to infinite, medical cures? In lieu of scientific developments in the biological mainstream, the human intervention of life and it's natural state are of utmost concern. Questions are being raised as to what constitutes life produced naturally into this world as opposed to man-made biocreationism.

Creation
CREATION OF ANIMATE FROM INANIMATE: - We have touched upon some scientific dry wells and frauds already. UAV Blimps Powered By Hydro-Electric Motors Using Hydro and Fluid Dynamic Theory
I believe it is possible to design a pilot-less hydro-electric blimp which would have a propulsion system which never requires fuel and would be based on a Perpetual Motion Machine which uses fluid dynamics in a hydro-electric. First the shape of this thing would be similar to the new shopping mall shade cover on the Las Vegas Strip.

Acoustic Transducers for High Altitude Balloon Control
Using acoustic transducers it maybe possible to create a small region of thicker air underneath a blimp and use that patch as a platform of air to float on while blowing ever so slightly low pressure air underneath the blimp like a hover craft. Although this idea sounds like a long shot it can be done by use of a screen, which shoots the directed frequency waves into the waves created by the acoustic transducers.
