People always ask me " how it is that your grandfather a man over 65 can go to the gym 5 days a week , bike many miles every other day and still do many other physical sports without constant problems ?". Well I asked him. He told me it was a combination of a few things. My grandfather was about 61 years old and he was over weight and was not feeling his best. But after 6 months and some minor changes, he was passing me (his 23 year old grand son) on his bike and I was having problems keeping up.
